Madawaska Highlands Obserevatory Corp is a forward looking company
with a very simple offering: Experience seeing infinity with
the most powerful visitors telescopes in the world coupled with
the most powerful telescope in Canada.
The company has put together a world class facility with the
worlds most powerful visitor telescopes and a LEEDS Platinum visitor
centre to match. The facility will host the most powerful telescope
in Canada. All under a night sky untouched by artificial light.
Some $4,000,000 of builder financing has been raised thanks to
the extremely strong business case and the hard physical asset.
We are seeking approximately $1,500,000 in private equity financing
to move the project into the construction phase.

80,000 visitors and 200,000 app subscriptions
This could be achieved in year 3.
The facility is expected to draw in visitors from all over the
world, and become a major tourist destination in the region and
provincial destination. In its total offering the facility is
unique in Canada and the USA.
The Madawaska Highlands Observatory will be the only commercially financed
and operated observatory in the world. This is made possible by
a unique set of circumstance of being a few hours drives to 20
million people, including 50% of the Canadian population, some
80,000- 100,000 annual visitors are expected once fully developed.
The facility will be world class in its offerings and is expected
to draw in visitors from all over the world. The backdrop of an
extremely spectacular night sky, with state-of-the-art 40"
visitor telescopes will permit the best views of the universe
that most people will likely see in their lifetime.
The Corporation is offering an extraordinary opportunity to naming
rights to some of the key components of the facility and VIP privileges.
